Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.

5. Order Tracking

6. Returns and Exchanges

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or issuing a refund. Kindly send us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.
8. Order Cancellations
